Granite & Pixel is a brand of Rolias Consulting LLC, a California company. We provide digital marketing systems, CRM setup, workflow automation, AI chat & phone agents, and consulting. We use GoHighLevel as a core service provider for CRM, automations, email and SMS communications, and AI agents.

We collect the following categories of personal information when you submit forms on our website, contact us, or engage our services:

Sources include: you (forms, emails), your authorized representatives, and our service providers/sub‑processors (including GoHighLevel for CRM & marketing automation). We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

1. Scope
This policy describes how we, Rolias Consulting LLC dba Granite & Pixel ("we", "us"), handle personal information via our website and when we perform services for client companies.
2. Information We Collect
- Identifiers: name, email, phone, company, mailing address, IP.
- Commercial information: inquiries, proposals, invoices, transactions.
- Internet activity: cookies, analytics, device/browser data.
- Client business data supplied by clients: lead lists, customer data, message logs, marketing performance data, and communications content processed through platforms we manage (e.g., GoHighLevel).
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve our services, including CRM setup, automation, AI chat/phone agents, marketing campaigns.
- Communicate about projects, billing, updates, and support.
- Protect security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Disclose Information
- Service providers who process data for us (e.g., GoHighLevel for CRM/automations, email/SMS providers, cloud hosting, analytics, payments). We contractually restrict their use to our instructions.
- Legal compliance (court orders, subpoenas, government requests) or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers related to mergers, acquisitions, or reorganization.
We do not sell personal information. We may share identifiers and internet activity for cross‑context advertising; you can opt out in the “Do Not Sell/Share” section below.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents can request to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

- Response time: within 45 days (may extend once by 45 days when reasonably necessary; we will notify you).

6. Retention

7. Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
Our services target businesses; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
9. Do Not Track
We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Use the controls in the “Do Not Sell/Share” section and Cookie Policy to manage tracking.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; changes apply when posted. The effective date appears at the top of this page.

Terms of Service
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We deliver digital marketing & automation systems, CRM setup, AI chat & phone agents, and consulting. Specific scope, timelines, and pricing may be defined in a separate Service Order or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to systems needed to deliver services.
- Obtain and maintain all necessary consents for us to process your customers’ data (including for SMS, calls, and email marketing under TCPA and CAN‑SPAM).
- Use deliverables in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
3. Our Responsibilities
- Perform services with reasonable skill and care.
- Use client data solely to perform services and maintain appropriate safeguards.
- Use reputable sub‑processors (including GoHighLevel) under written agreements.
4. Fees & Payment
- Invoices are due per the terms stated. Late amounts may accrue interest and lead to suspension.
- Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non‑refundable.
5. IP & Deliverables
- Upon full payment, you receive a license or ownership to deliverables as specified in the applicable Service Order/MSA.
- We retain pre‑existing IP, templates, know‑how, and tools.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
Services and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant specific business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Term; Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if uncured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, we will return/delete client data per the Data Processing & Security Policy.
9. Governing Law; Venue
California law governs. Venue is exclusive in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Data Processing & Security Policy
1. Roles
For client business data provided to us, the client is the business/controller and we act as a service provider/processor under CCPA/CPRA and analogous laws.
2. Sub‑Processors
We use vetted providers to deliver services. Key providers include:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM, marketing automation, AI chat and phone agents, email/SMS orchestration.
- Cloud hosting & productivity — e.g., Google Workspace, reputable cloud infrastructure.
- Analytics & ads — analytics platforms and ad networks you authorize.
A current list is available on request. We require sub‑processors to implement appropriate security and to process data solely under our instructions.
3. Security Measures
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (via provider capabilities).
- Role‑based access control; least‑privilege; unique accounts; MFA where available.
- Device hygiene and secure development practices for internal tooling.
- Periodic review of access and sub‑processor agreements.
4. Incident Response & Breach Notification
We maintain procedures to assess and respond to security incidents. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay and as required by California Civil Code §1798.82 and other applicable laws.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain client data for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for backup, audit, or legal purposes. Upon termination or written request, we will delete or return client data within 30 days unless retention is required by law or to establish/exercise/defend legal claims.
6. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
7. Compliance
Clients must not supply regulated data (e.g., PHI under HIPAA, cardholder data under PCI‑DSS) unless expressly agreed in writing and supported by appropriate controls and agreements (e.g., BAAs, PCI controls). We are not a HIPAA Business Associate by default.
Email & SMS Communication Policy (CAN‑SPAM • TCPA)
1. Our Commitments
- Emails include our company name, a physical mailing address, accurate sender information, and a working unsubscribe link.
- Text messages (SMS/MMS) are sent only with prior express consent (or prior express written consent for marketing messages where required).
- Opt‑out mechanisms are honored promptly.
2. Client Use of Our Systems
When we build/run campaigns on your behalf (often via GoHighLevel), you represent that you have obtained and can demonstrate appropriate consent for each recipient. You agree not to upload purchased or scraped lists and to comply with carrier policies and A2P 10DLC requirements.
3. Sample Consent Language (for reference)
By entering your phone number, you agree to receive marketing text messages from [Your Brand] at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our materials and services support business operations, marketing, and automation. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., revenue, lead volume, rankings). Performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, creative choices, budgets, and platform policies.
Third‑party platforms (e.g., advertising networks, AI models, messaging carriers, GoHighLevel) are operated by their respective providers; outages, policy changes, or deliverability issues may affect results.
